Cottage Food Notice (Tennessee Law)
This product was made in a home kitchen, not inspected by the Tennessee Department of Health.

Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

Refunds & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. All sales are final once products are prepared or delivered.

Pickup & Farmers Market Sales
Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed time and location.
For farmers’ market purchases, all sales are final at the point of sale.

Product Handling & Storage
Our products are made fresh and do not contain preservatives. Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling after purchase. We are not responsible for product quality once items leave our possession.

Allergen Disclaimer
Products may contain or come into contact with wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, and other allergens. We operate in a home kitchen and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Limitation of Liability
By purchasing our products, you assume all risks associated with consumption. Old Salts Bread Company and Flake Consulting Services, LLC are not liable for allergic reactions, illness, or damages resulting from the consumption or handling of our products.

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
